  • Shipping and Processing

All items are handcrafted so please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Items will be shipped the day after processing is complete

Shipping time is dependent upon your selection at checkout


Approximately 1-5 business days anywhere in the USA

Approximately 3-10 business days internationally

Priority and Express mail is available to you at checkout

Approximately 1-3 days after ship date

DURING HOLIDAY SEASON (NOV. 15-  DEC. 22) please allow 1-4 business days for processing and 3-7 business days for shipping  (total time: 4- 11 business days)

If you place two separate orders they will be shipped separately, unless otherwise stated

  • Gift Cards/ Coupon Codes

To redeem your gift card or coupon code please enter the respective code at checkout once you’ve met the term and conditions of the gift card or coupon code (order minimum, number of items etc.)

No two gift cards or coupon codes can be combined, one code per order

  • Order Status and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. When a shipping label has been created for you order you will receive another email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking info to be updated

  • Exchanges and Returns

Due to the nature of the products, NO exchanges or returns will be allowed. If your products arrives damaged please send an email with a photo of the item to sovereigntybeauty@gmail.com and await review of your claim. If you claim is approved you will receive store credit only

Defective or damaged facial tools can be replaced or available for partial store credit upon review

If you received the wrong item, please send an email with a photo of the item to sovereigntybeauty@gmail.com and the correct item will be sent to you within 3 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable so please keep this in mind when submitting a product claim

  • Lost Packages

If you entered the wrong shipping address, you have 12 hours to contact us to make the proper corrections. After this you will be responsible for re-shipment fees

If your address is correct and you have not received your package please contact USPS and file a claim with USPS and follow the directions on their website. USPS.com. Your item is insured up to $100 included with purchase( Priority mail and express ONLY)

  • Customer Service

Our hours are Monday- Friday 11am-6pm EST

Due to high call and order volume please allow at least 12 hours to get a response via email or phone



  • Product Samples

We currently do not offer product samples at this time

  • Store Location

Pick up/ Drop off will be available in NYC area starting September 2018
