  • Shipping and Processing

COVID-19 UPDATE:  please allow 7-14 business days for processing and 1-7 business days for shipping  (total time: 8-21 business days)

All items are handcrafted so please allow 1-5 business days for processing. Items will be shipped the day after processing is complete

Shipping time is dependent upon your selection at checkout

Priority and Express mail is available to you at checkout

If you place two separate orders they will be shipped separately, unless otherwise stated

DURING HOLIDAY SEASON (NOV. 11-  DEC. 29) please allow 3-7 business days for processing and 2-6 business days for shipping  (total time: 5-13 business days)


  • Gift Cards/ Coupon Codes

To redeem your gift card or coupon code please enter the respective code at checkout once you’ve met the term and conditions of the gift card or coupon code (order minimum, number of items etc.)

No two gift cards or coupon codes can be combined, one code per order

  • Order Status and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. When a shipping label has been created for you order you will receive another email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking info to be updated by the carrier.

  • Exchanges and Returns

Due to the nature of the products, NO exchanges or returns will be allowed. If your products arrives damaged please send an email with a photo of the item to and await review of your claim. If your claim is approved you will receive store credit only

Defective or damaged facial tools can be replaced or available for partial store credit upon review

If you received the wrong item, please send an email with a photo of the item to and the correct item will be sent to you within 7 business days upon receipt of return of wrong item (return label will be provided)

Shipping costs are non-refundable so please keep this in mind when submitting a product claim

You agree to this policy when you place an order online or in person (pop up shop, expo, vsteam lounge etc) All terms are binding.

  • Lost Packages

If you entered the wrong shipping address, you have 12 hours to contact us to make the proper corrections. After this you will be responsible for re-shipment fees

If your address is correct and you have not received your package please contact USPS and file a claim with USPS and follow the directions on their website. Your item is insured up to $100 included with purchase( Priority mail and express ONLY)
